Tennessee Higher Education Suicide Prevention Network (THESPN) 

The goal of the THESPN is to reach out to 50 colleges and universities in Tennessee and provide a tenured faculty or long term staff member with Certification in the QPR Gatekeeper suicide prevention training. In turn, that individual will train 250 people on their campus which would result in 12,500 new individuals trained throughout or state! At no cost to the school, TSPN provides the campus with all materials needed for the self-study certification and campus trainings, a custom PowerPoint developed by TSPN staff, and ongoing support from a “QPR mentor”.
